Sunday School/Bible Class Vibrancy

Here are some factors that have been identified as hindrances to Sunday school/Bible class vibrancy:

+  Lack of parental support/involvement
+  Unmotivated teaching staff
+  Lack of commitment to Christian education
+  Disorganization
+  Lack of pastoral support
+  Inadequate facilities and materials and resources
+  Poor recruitment of teachers
+  Lack of focus on spiritual formation
+  Focusing on the program instead of people

I=m sure there are more...some that would cause disagreement...whatever, that Bible hour on Sunday needs to be lifted up, highlighted, and seen as important...and those working with that hour, encouraged, trained, and motivated in what they are doing.
