Take a moment and think about today’s “headlines”.  It seems that the current political philosophy of the world is to look to “government” to define life, quality of life and value of life, and to look to the government as the source of all things good and sustaining.  Does that sound like we are trying to make “government” into a god?  Perhaps a reexamination of the Scriptures concerning the two Kingdoms, Church and State, is important today.  We encourage you to look at the Bible Study posted on this website on “Church and State” to help you in holding on to the One True God who gives us both the Church and the State.
